John Worzy Strange. My wife could not mortgage her new house without my signature. No I can't own the land, but my my name can go on a book for the house. If she sells the house she must pay me off. In fact as she is married she needs my permission to buy any property. Her hotel was the same situation.

When I spoke to them. They told me to reinstall the app. Bingo! The link was there waiting for my ATK result. The hotel concerned was the Jasmine Hotel. Phra Khanong. Fantastic service and help.

I contacted my hotel on the 5th day. They told me to reinstall the app. Which I did, and on the notifications there was a link. Where it asks for number put ATK. Then send. My status went to green again.. The hotels don't really want to deal with it. The app us simple enough.
