Do I need to redo my TM30 when traveling to Pattaya from Khon Kaen?

I've only had to do a new TM30 if I've moved permanent address or come back from abroad, even staying at hotels here for a few days I've never had to re-do a TM30. If you're only staying at your wife's house for a short while I wouldn't bother.
