by advance we called and asked (in thai/my husband) to his immigration office about making a new Non-O and they directly cut the conversation to ask us to call the visa info service number. So we do not even know if they can issue this visa. My husband tried to call back and they give him the tourist visa agency number... 🤔

Is it an obligation to move with him? Doesn't it unauthorised to have a residence (and so immigration office) different from the province of the work ?

this immigration told me to call Bangkok or to move in the house of my husband and put my name on his tambien baan... wich is a non-sens because my work and actual residence is in Singburi... why they refuse and just push me somewhere else or on a different process? Aren't they abble to make an Extension of stay by themselves ?? And how long will be the Extension ?

(I'm mot late, my visa is over at the end of the month and I'm worry about how long the process will be during this covid time so I want to start in advance)

I just ask them the truth about their research for a flight back and the answer is... messy. I think they just don't want to go back home but they told me they don't have flight anymore. Figure out, they are just worry about being rejected during the transit... but there is no reasons for that.

friends of a friend from hungary are in difficilties due to the end of their tourist visa and travel ban. They just get to their embassy with the text you posted. Their embassy answers that's only concern chinese national or Non-b non-o 1 year Visa.
