Yes, but you're doing what a Thai person could do. That's what they are trying to avoid. And you will also directly involve other persons on-site.

No, you can't conduct any type of activity/work (that is not online based) whether it's generating money or not. You will kind of replacing the work of a Thai person and thus it is considered as working. And you will involve locals.
