Yeah, I got approved yesterday! My case was a bit different since I’m paid into a UK limited company (LTD), but here’s what I submitted:

• Cover letter: explaining what I do and that I won’t be working for any Thai entity

• Services overview: I mainly do dev work, but this spills into other areas, with short descriptions

• Project examples: screenshots + brief descriptions of client or personal work

• Social proof: website, GitHub, and social media (I included these as I’ve got a decent following)

• 3 months of invoices

• Business bank statement: redacted everything except incoming invoice payments

• Business registration : screenshot from Companies House

• Self-declaration letter: confirming I’m self-employed and work under my LTD

I think for freelance maybe include the following:

• A cover letter explaining what you do and how you work remotely

• A short CV or personal website

• Some project examples or case studies

• Proof of ongoing work or income (invoices)

• Bank statement showing funds with payments, redact everything except payments which match the invoices

• Anything else that proves you’re a remote worker (LinkedIn, GitHub, or other platforms Upwork etc)

Make sure you compress the file and include a table of contents.
