 impossible to get Elite Visa (Thailand Privilege) with overstay. They will deny you immediately, it's in their terms and conditions. And you will loose so much money because have to pay part of the visa when you apply.

Recent overstay can be a problem for obtain the visa. So keep in mind that you have possibilities to have a denied visa and to loose the fee.
