Where can I find approved cooking courses for DTV in Koh Lanta or Phuket?

Amazing, thanks. I'm very much interested in cooking in general. I may even take more (shorter) courses, I just don't want to be tied down to one place for too long as I want to travel in the south but Chiang Mai would be a great way to start.

I had a look at your DTV cooking course. I would consider staying in Chiang Mai for 3 months but not 6 months.

Do you offer a more condensed version of your 6 months course? Maybe 6 classes per month instead of 3 or alternatively do you offer a 3 month course?
