Can anyone tell me, how I can get a criminal record? I am Swiss, stuck in Switzerland, but are living in Thailand for 2 years. We are not residents in Switzerlands anymore and I can not get the record here.

no - with a non imm 0 visa - you are not allowed to enter. The Embassy want you to change to 0-A or 0-X visa. Which is not easy to do, when all you papers are in Thailand
