Thank you Steve.. So there are normally no local Thai Immigration Offices on the border (in my case on the border to Malaysia) where I could do it just before leaving the country?

Only as long as I have to leave the country for being legal in Thailand, haha. But as I am leaving the 7 June I think it will be around 9 days. And yes my nationality is below the visa exempt.

Thank you Luke! Actually I only plan to leave Thailand once because of the Visa. Do I have to apply for the reentry permit or can I just get it at any border office or the local imigration? And did I understand correctly that in any of these cases I can not stay longer then 90 days in total in Thailand?
