oh its a fact is it? According to who ? The Guiness book of Records? What i don't accept is self righteous individuals making comments about topics they obviously know very little about.
read the post buddy, the comment i replied to clearly states' because you are white' did you miss it ?The gentleman in question is clearly of Asian appearance .
sorry to hear, i crossed there many years ago , wasn;t a particularly pleasant experience, only thing that had then changed were the Khumer Rouge uniforms the officers were wearing.
I inadvertently stayed one day over once, i did a day trip to Vientiane and received a 10 day land crossing visa on my return crossing back into Thailand which reduced the visa grant for my overall stay by one day. I didn't even realize until pulled aside by immigration on my departure.I guess they could see what had happened and made a note in my passport, handed it back to me saying I was free to go with no fine, jokingly saying that I had received a free airport day.
It's not about cheating the system , it's about proving you have the means to exit and re-entry the country. I would think immigration has thought this through very carefully and re-presenting yourself for an immigration inspection provides them with additional opportunities to check on a repeat visitors entry qualifications.
Forget the agents. As others have said do it yourself.State clearly your connection. That you are inviting her to join you for a holiday and that you will be
responsible for her while she is in Australia and guarantee her return to Thailand when her visa is up.Good luck. Perseverance shows commitment.
