I think you are referring to the new digital arrival form. You can fill in at the airport on arrival. I am certain someone from the airline or immigration will be able to assist you to complete it.
Have you ever applied for and received a Non O visa previously? And if you are old enough, are your plans to apply for a retirement visa once you arrive?
