So Russians will get 90 days with no extension. But will they be able to do a border run and get another 90 days?

Thank you for your reply. In fact, I will start my travel by staying the first 5 days in a hotel in Phuket. She will come to stay with me there and we will then go her house in Phang Nga. But I guess it will not be enough just to upload the first 5 days stay in the visa application??

I'm in my home country (Denmark) now and about to apply for a retirement non-O for the first time. I have a flight ticket for October 30. I want to stay in Thailand for 6 months, but don't want to deposit 800.000 baht in a Thai bank.

So I must apply for a year-long multi-entry retirement O Visa, which I did'nt know existed. It must have been “out of use” during the covid lock-down period.

thank you for your response. Just to get clear about this. If I get the non-O (basic) visa, stay in Thailand for 90 days and leave the Kingdom for a few days, then I will be stamped in for another 90 days when I return?

but you must have a 800.000 baht bank account in a Thai bank in order to do this, right?
