what announcement? I know you’ve been spending a lot of time on forums telling people you think there will be an extension to the amnesty (or whatever). But I’m merely suggesting to the OP that if he can do before that, it makes sense to do so. Is that ok with you?

Forget about border bounce. For entry to Thailand, if you are eligible (extremely limited) you have to apply to Thai Embassy in your own country. Quarantine compulsory for everyone.
