Anonymous participant 474 if you have all of that should be a breeze. Definitely put effort into your cover letter to make it all clear for those reviewing. Good luck!
I have medical soft power with hormone treatments. Checkup expected every 6 months or so.
While I did do a full blood work panel in Thailand at the clinic they in no way created some 6 month plan for me. I had the blood test and then a letter saying I had an appointment to come back to review results. It was easy for me to do this in Thailand because I’ve been living here since 2020. Applying for DTV because my work visa had ended.
I wrote a well intended cover letter detailing my intentions for the treatment, my age, how this would deeply improve my health as well as my love for Thai culture.
I applied in Jakarta back in March. Approved within a few days with no request for more information.
