The Non-B costs are usually covered by your employer. That's normally not a visa you can obtain without having received a job offer in an authorized field. Yearly fees are THB5000 for Non-B multi-entry, work permit THB3000. The costs of an "agent" non-B is pretty high (I've heard between 40-120k yearly) and can't be compared with the very low cost of a DTV.
