I hate to be like this but you need to grow up and make your own decisions. No one but you knows your budget nor what you mean by "quickest." If you are in Bangkok then you have to know that a flight to one of the neighboring countries is the quickest, but not the cheapest compared to the train or bus. Its all tradeoffs and only you can decide what is worth it to you and what isn't.
