Are Thai language courses at ILS Language School in Chiang Mai accepted for the DTV visa?

I think language classes qualify for ED visas only. DTV Soft Power is Muay Thai, cooking classes, and there's this thing called Discover Thai Nature seminars. You can check with language schools to see if theg have proven DTV success, but I wouldn't take that $400 chance (visa application fee) and also have the school tell you, "Sorry, no refunds!" for course fee.
