Thank you for your answer, I really appreciate it. However my question is, as I now have a WP, can the 3 W30's in the VN passports be converted to Non O's in country. Thats the part I am getting differing answers for.
we entered Thailand on a 30 day visa waiver, however we have changed to the W30 Covid extension. Mine is a UK passport, the family are on Vietnamese passports at present.

indeed you are correct, except I am the employer in this particular case. I just got BOI approval and would rather not spend the exorbitant amounts being asked of me to get it done if at all possible.
Since by the time the new passports arrive, we will be in the 45 day new visa application window, would you recommend we just go and do the extensions as soon as the passports arrive?
