I tried with the iOS app. No luck . This error message shows up . Any advice ? I tried on my PC using the chrome and IE . No luck either . My last 90 day report was done in person as I was overdue . Paid 2000 Baht fine . New expiry date is 26 Nov21 meaning I’m within the 15 day window so am eligible to report online

My 1 year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai is due to expire on 21 Nov 2021 which falls on a Sunday which is when immigration will be closed . How far in advance can I turn up at Chaengwattana to submit the required documents ?

Just updating you all . Managed to get it done at Impact MT . I asked the staff what went wrong . She said ‘the system has changed since last time . ‘ I then asked ‘ what’s a good way to avoid coming here in person next time to do the 90 day report ?’ She replied ‘ try online first . If it doesn’t work just send via EMS to Chaengwattana immigration a couple of weeks before the due date ( she also said ‘don’t send it to impact MT cos the docs will get lost )

Just updating everyone on my experience so far . In order to process the 90 day report at Impact Muangthongthani , the website states that you have to book an appointment online prior to your visit . The online system asks you to state your purpose ( 90 day report in my case ) and expiry date . If you enter the expiry date on the system , the only option that appears for a booking is on that date . My wife called them explaining the problem and the staff said that if you plan to go there in advance , say 8th Feb , you have to select that as your expiry date and then the system will allow you to book an appointment on the 8th Feb . Hopefully knowing this will make it less frustrating for others . If someone finds a simpler more logical solution , please share so that it makes things easier to process the 90 day report

Thanks for the info. I think I’ll head out to MTT either tomorrow or next week . I saw that the website says it’s in building 6 . Is each building clearly marked with a number ? That would make it easy for the taxi driver . The pic with the arrow pointing to the correct building looks a bit unclear on the website

oops I meant to say sending the required docs plus the screenshot , hence the need to send the docs via mail later than the minimum 14 days in advance requirement
