Money must be in a personal liquid account Not business, investment, bonds etc. And just write a letter to yourself confirming you are an employee who is allowed to work remotely in Thailand and will not do any business within Thailand

Every embassy has there own rules so there’s already wriggle room Again not a scandal

not a scandal at all Like a driving test If the instructor is having a bad day they may pick up more faults than a happy person Just human nature

Yes others have done similar with property management etc. Just outline how it works in the covering letter making it very clear that the work is completely remote and you have ‘permission’ to work from Thailand
