Anonymous participant - if you’ve had the consultation and have the work booked in, I presume the dentist can provide some kind of paperwork to support that for your application for the DTV before you go. Those are probably questions you need to ask the dentist
Start by researching dentists and read up on reviews and possibly speak to previous patients who have gone through the process - similar as you would if you were taking a new dentist at home. Then contact the clinic for more specific details as to how the consultation process with them works
