I understand. But there is information and links that are for Thai elite members only.

But I can tell you that the COE is being issued by Thai elite and they are organizeing it with AOT.

So the embassies are not going to have any information about it.

I can understand why only Thai elite is doing the COE. You also need to remember that to get the elite visa you had to pass a background check.

I can verify that they sent out an email 2-3 days ago depicting the process that has now been approved by the CCSA for thailand elite members to return for long term stay in the kingdom of thailand.

I don't know if it has been said but the only way to use the elite visa to get entry with the covid regulations is to already have the visa in your passport.

You can buy right now. But as the visa will not be put into your passport until your arrival you can't claim you have it to gain access for the early entry access they have just started.
