Chaiyaphum immigration want to see steady 65k deposit every month. I showed a statement showing more than 2mil in and out as we’re building, but it wasn’t accepted because deposits were all over the place, not 65k every month. Nonsense plus!

Don’t you just love the corruption here- the most ridiculous laws are made and changed daily and even officials have no idea what’s current. Makes no difference what the immigration website says, all depends on the officer on the day. My point is, there is no guideline here, its each to their own and a bit of luck of the draw 🥴

But from personal experience, I can assure you that nobody can or will stop you from doing anything here unless you try to obtain employment, that is, a paid job, without the proper clearance. Anything you do on your property, or any property you wish to help out with, is your business and no authority in Thailand will ever bother lifting a finger to bust you for this or any other reason unless you directly piss them off.
