Can I get my 60-day stamp changed to a 90-day stamp for my Non-O visa after entering Thailand?

Had same problem went to Airport thinking I had 90 days,low and behold gave me 60 days,cock up at immigration Jotiem..plus fined 5,500 B.for staying over sloghtly NEXT TIME THEY STAMP 90 DAYS I WILL CHECK IF THEY HAVE DONE SO.
