For a gardener the price depends on the size, the work, do they supply the implements or will you. I would look at somewhere between 800 to 1'500 THB Per visit. For a live in maid I have a full time housekeeper who does not live in. I pay her 15K plus 400THB weekly to pay for her lunch and petrol. I pay overtime and 10 days paid leave per year. She is super and dedicated so she gets bonus payments on a regular basis. You can get someone for 8K or less but the moment someone offers 500THB more than you they will be gone
