What is the typical visa application processing time in Vietnam, and what can I expect during this period?

I applied on 8th, asked for more docs on the 13th, submitted the docs on 14th, visa status changed to "pending approval" on the 20th, silence since then. I'm also pretty anxious as I'm beginning to feel unstable which makes my freelance work routine difficult
