Thais don't even understand what they are doing. I lived there 15 years and constantly changed even though the king makes 1 law but they constantly change it. They aren't logically smart as a whole of a people.

Must have one Thai parent my kid was born in Thailand with two American parents and he is called an american-born abroad but if one parent is Thai then they'll get dual citizenship

I lived there 2 years it's a rat hole. Try Krabi in the south ton sai beach or railay beach I lived there 13 years but I like beach life. Otherwise look up

he has nice spots in the north. No beaches but no drama either sabai sabai life easy going. Personally all cities are shit to me but bkk is bad.

Bangkok sucks. South is nice beaches and north is mountain and cheap super cheap. Good luck

Since your married it should be easy call a us immigration lawyer or just carefully fill it out for her. You have to apply for 3 visas separate for her and each kid. Not married is impossible because of the amount of prostitution. Married 2 years is what they want to see.

I was banned for 1 year and went strait to Cambodia and came in there and then did my next visa runs in mynmar and Malaysia

I preferred to see other countries as well. Anchor Watt in Cambodia is definitely worth the trip. Los is nice also

Just put the first hotel and say your staying there. If you change your mind after the first day it's ok
