resolution is sure a challenge here. Not sure there's much that can be done about it. Their argument is they issued a receipt and therefore will not refund. Doubt the police would be much help either

what ever you do i would book the whole thing in one package, that is hotel transfer and test included. Thats probably the difference of the ++ as opposed to the +. I got completely scammed as I was charged separately for the hotel and transfer and then they refused to refund because the thailand pass rejected the application. Where as doing the whole thing as a package would at least allow the option to refund the whole thing if something goes wrong. The tourist authority of thailand has reported that there is a lot of deceitful activity around this whole thing..
