Great you got approved so quick. There are a few waiting for over a week to get approved. Next day approvals were very common last year in London, hopefully a sign they back.

He should write what is written on the passport but double check after uploaded that it is correctly input.

Wrong personal info is a common mistake often relating to a mismatch to the passport data e.g name, DOB, place of passport issue. The embassy will unlikely give you the specific error. You can try and contact the embassy directly. When you reapply triple check after you upload docs that names, dates etc are accurate.
