Should I apply for a DTV visa at the Thai embassy in Mexico City or directly in Asia?

Not seen any posts from Mexico so not sure how the process is there. Applying in Vietnam is very popular, and you have loads of posts to help your application. The Philippines is a good choice too. If you are able to apply from Mexico, then it makes good sense to do from there before coming to Thailand.

Detail how you manage the property online, rent collection, intera ct with guests, suppliers, organise property repairs etc. Inc emails of appreciation from guests. You can find similar posts in the threads for more pointers.

Vietnam is the fastest, Malaysia is the most difficult embassy to get approval from. Documents must be in Thai or English.

Anonymous participant For creating a count name it is ok to put 2 names with no spacing but when you get to the actual application form there must be spaces between the names as your passport.
