I am not eligible for a Non O visa. I think Non OA is the only real suitable option for me to stay longer term (At the moment).

I need to sort out a lease on a condo first. So I assumed that meant I could only sort the visa once I arrive....

Follow up question; I have a return flight already booked thats 88 days from arrival. So with a 60 day tourist visa what return date do I put? if I put the actual flight 3 months later will they reject my visa? So is it best to put a flight coming back on the 60th day?
