TR - 60 Day visa Extension (for 30 days).

Hi, I am a UK Citizen in Bangkok and I need to extend my existing 60 day (TR) Tourist visa by 30 days. But I am getting conflicting information as to which immigration office I can go to get it done.

Can I go to any Immigration office or does it have to be [Chaeng Wattana](https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ImmigrationOfficeGovernmentComplexChaengWattanaRd@imm1division.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/) by the aiport?

This office is far away as I am staying near Central world.

So a closer office would be far more practical...

For people who entered on a tourist visa (TR60 stamp) you go to the main immigration office out at the government complex building B, and you want Counter J for tourist visa extensions. 🙂

It's not that bad to get there (you're just down town so need to go about 20km is all).

Take the sky train to Wat Phra Sri Mahathat station, get off on Exit 1. Follow the sky bridge to the right, and then the left to where you go down in front of the temple. Get a taxi, it shouldn't be more than 60 baht to get to Chaengwattana Government Complex from there.
