You don’t need a Visa to study, you can study on a tourist visa if needed.

It’s not as though Thailand is made up of individual provinces which each have their own rules…..

It’s the same in the US, some states have/had mandatory mask and vaccine requirements, some did not. This is not unique to Thailand….

I'm not sure you can even get a Thailand pass without booking the 5th day quarantine. You need the Thailand pass to even board the plane

Check your policy, you may need to pay first and then claim back.

I live here and have a general health insurance policy, usually when I go to pay, I hand them my insurance details and they do it via their system
