Yep, What choice do we have at the moment with the borders closed? I was planning on an Andaman trip in a couple weeks but thats not happening anytime soon.

Dont forget to look for the 90day reporting (TM47) location and report foreigner living (TM30). Its by the pen shop across from the main building where the bikes usually park. Officer said they opened that part up today.

Yes can be done online IF the website works. But you can avoid lines with tourists at the new location for the reporting that i mentioned.
