With the 90day reporting deadline today I have a question...
I am currently on amnesty with my non-o multi extension that expired last June. Last thursday i went to Phuket immigration to do the 90 day reporting to make sure im following the rules. The officer said that my stamp expired and told me to go upstairs where you normally go upstairs for family extensions.
When I went upstairs the foreigner officer explained to me that since I dont qualify for additional extensions (which I knew) and that because of that I dont need to do a 90 day reporting.
Is that correct? I was under the impression that everyone must do a 90day reporting that has been under amnesty.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they are required to perform the 90-day reporting while they are currently on amnesty with an expired non-O multi extension. After visiting Phuket immigration, they were informed that, due to their amnesty status and not qualifying for additional extensions, they do not need to do the reporting. They are questioning the accuracy of this information.
