Thailand isn't a country that does exceptions. Nobody in the chain of command who sees your letter has the power to do it and nobody will bother escalating it.

Find a way to wait the 3 months and apply then otherwise you will waste your application fee.

Been to both. Both great and could easily live in either. But my vote goes to Danang. It's a great city in its own right but it also has loads of places close by to explore.

If you are doing online coaching and earning money from outside Thailand rather than working in person and earning baht then I believe that would be OK.

Get a TTB All Free account. You can use any atm without fees. I paid 700 baht to open the account a few years ago.

need it for work permits or teaching license. Can't remember exactly which office you need it for because it's all just a bureaucratic hassle that blends into one.
