@Chris ********
USA is like that for Citizens. I have been an Expat so long that I forgot.

My example refers to a foreigner going to another foriegn country. They often check on the first flight.

Curious, looking at your photos, how long has it been since you came in on a tourist visa?

Not 6 months, continuously. Unless you have a long-stay Visa. You can technically leave and come back every on 60-90 days visas. But that looks sketchy to Immigration. They look for it.

If you do stay 6 months in any ROLLING 12 months. That is all you can stay.

Singapore is big on rules. But, I am surprised they did not check everything in USA.

Did you fly with more than one airline.

Come to think of it, if you are coming from USA, Singapore wouldn't bel your first international leg. It would be after your first leg.

It is still considered an international booking even if the first leg is in the same country.

The first boarding will check everything.

That being said, I would have all documents I may need just in case. Who knows, yesterday's rules may not be today's rules. And in Thailand, everyone does it differently.

I think so.

Maybe because Cambodia is allowing entry without quarantine as of yesterday. The process is a whole lot simpler than Thailand.

But according to the Cambodian Government, Cambodia has achieved "Herd Immunity."

Don't think Thailand is anywhere close to that.

Still, they don't want their Tourists going elsewhere because it is easier.

But you are required to show a return ticket. Is it a problem to show a return in 30 days if you say you are leaving in 60 or 90 days?

Just to be clear, should the return ticket say more than 30 days on a 30 day stamp?

If you ask for a 30 day stamp and say you are leaving in 90 days, do you run the risk of Immigration saying you should have applied for a Visa?
