I messaged them on

and they actually did finally reply. They said they cannot do it in-country and I'd have to apply at an embassy or consulate out of country. They didn't give me the requirements however, so I'm still waiting on that. I'll ask about the marriage documents too, thanks for the tip

As usual, thanks a bunch. The no proof of funds is good news. Having to go down there in person just to ask is inconvenient, but I suppose nothing can be done about that, all part of the trouble of getting visas. Anywho, thanks again, Tod. Here's hoping it'll work out.
