Thailand’s government has declared a state of emergency from March 26 to April 30. Among the provisions of the state of emergency will be new travel restrictions that will make it harder for foreigners to enter the country.

As it now stands, foreigners can enter the country if they:

Have residency and/or Thai spouse

Have a work permit

Are a diplomat

According to queries to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Visas for tourists and visitors will mostly be suspended except for extraordinary circumstances. (e.g. death of a relative in the country).

These new restrictions will be in place until April 30.

As far as i know if you have a non o based on marriage to a Thai national and a work permit, there is no problems for you coming back
