yes, the condo staff did tm30 every month, yes first 90 day report. Only surprise is when I went there why he didn't do my report, and also said that no fine since i stayed a total of 96 days, which I'm not sure if is right.

haha let's get to the end of it. So, I reached bangkok on 23rd may, stayed in pattaya (condo 1 month rental at a time) till 19th of august, then booked my flight back to my country for 26th august. Around 22 I went to bkk immigration with tm30 from my hotel which they gave for 21-22, then they said CANNOT, I thought the checkout date is today, so while sitting there I asked the hotel to give me todays tm30 ie 22-23 which mentioned checkout on 23 is the next day. I waited all this while went again, and to my surprise the lasy said "CANNOT TALK TO SUPERVISOR",then my thai friend came in she talked and scolded the supervisor a bit, and what I understood is that I need to have atleast 8 days stay more, then I said to him in leaving on 26th, then he said ok since its 1 week after 90 days you can go. Tired and frustrated I gave up and drank till my last day and came back. For context this was my first time doing this report and staying over this long. So i didn't know if I can do this online, as people here said you need to do offline.

rd day. Then, when I went to immigration, I had a tm30 from my hotel in bkk which was for 1 day, then they said "CANNOT TALK TO SUPERVISOR", so I was surprised by this requirement that I must have stay of atleast 7-8 days more, because at that time I was going back to my country in a few days. Then the supervisor said to my thai friend since you are going back within 97 days, its fine you can go. So, that's why I was confused because of so many contradictory things
