last question, i promise! :-) is there any limit on the amount of time i spend out of Thailand when i have my retirement visa? 🙏 would i for example, be able to be out of the country for 6 months in a year and then return?
i have just transferred my 800k to my thai bank account, do does that mean i cannot now apply for the non imm O in my home country, as i do not have that amount in my uk account?
I am beeing told by someone else with knoledge that "The OA visa needs criminal record check, health certificate, mandatory insurance. Non-O requires none of those.".. (and he is talking about when applying in home country) - .this is the opposite to what you are saying! Confused now!
