For Phuket, you test at the airport. You have to book this separately from the hotel, but the hotel will want to see proof. The link to the Phuket testing site is on The Thai pass website.

What should I do if my PCR test is positive but ATK tests are negative and I have no symptoms?

Your vaccines and immune system are doing its job. Keeping it low. PCR is much more sensitive. You may be low enough to test negative on a 2nd PCR test.
