 yes ,I pay 100bt for the letter ,I have money in a fcd account in pounds ,the bank then converts it to bhat the day before I go to Imigration .

Yes but you will have to covert it to bhat when you ask for a letter confirming you have had this amount in a Thai bank for three months .
