I have done tourist visa in Yangon (Myanmar) and Manila (Philippines) with a written statement that I will continue my journey by land to Cambodia. I didn't attached a bus ticket. It was accepted.

I wish I found this post earlier! Strangely enough I am in Penang doing my visa at Jimmy's.But even he told me I can only do a visa in a passport that have an entry stamp in. Anyways, I will search for it now. Thank you for your reply.
