I have just entered Thailand with STV and have written up my experience. All I can confirm to you is that I successfully obtained the visa without confirmed hotel and flight. I simply attached my intended hotel stay and indicative flight. The only thing I paid for upfront was the insurance policy.

hi Dave. I booked direct with the hotel after I’d reviewed the available choices/ratings/reviews and most importantly the cost of the “package”.

I believe it’s worth the hassle and expense for a long stay visitor. I fully expect ASQ to be lifted for fully vaccinated visitors in future.

I had to get the Condo management to send me copy of my property deed. I was lucky they could help me with this.
