Well, when you put it in those terms, I see your point. But with my luck, I'd get turned away at immigration because of some nitnoy step I missed in the process.
p.s. ......and you have to have been vaccinated no more than 90 days prior to arriving. Seems like there's usually a "Gotcha" with many of their inscrutable rules. Makes you wonder who in the Thai scientific community made the determination that these vaccinations only last a couple of months. He needs to let the rest of the world's scientific community know about his findings.
I can appreciate it for an extremely long stay, I guess. And your right, Phillip they will eventually have to loosen things up, and then it could be easier to deal with. But even at that, they've made so many of the obstacles "Time sensitive" in a way that can get a traveler turned away at Thai immigration coming in, if everything isn't exactly and perfectly complied with, that must make it a very nerve racking process.😕
It is just incredible how difficult (and expensive) it has been made just to visit Thailand. I love the place, but there are just too many bureaucratic hoops to jump through.
