Just spoke with a nice gentleman from immigration everything is fine. Yes, the data can disappear after 7 days but thats by design. Also you never need to go to immigration for any reporting unless its 90day report number 1; everything else is online now. So, he said if you want a hard copy of that TM30 print it when you file it or within 7 days. Even though Im on DTV I travel out of Thailand so much idk if ill ever have to do a 90 day report.
