the owner of the airbnb here in BKK sent the TM30 by mail and tracking shows it delivered 20 July. They have yet to get a receipt. Even if I did have this, the officer at MTT told me that since we do not have a long term lease, they could not issue a 60 day family visit extension
Hi Tod - is it not the hotel / landlords responsibility to file the TM30? If so, how are we assured it is done and what can we show immigration if asked?
Tod - yes, a very similar stamp. Bueng Kan immigration office is tiny (about 5 people working there) and I have lived in bigger houses! They were initially unsure what to do and several phone calls and chats with the boss sorted it out
