The Thai government is really wanting to discourage easy frequent travel.

That in UK they add on the “residue”

I just renewed my passport

USA=

The new passport is good for 10 years from date of Issue — you start over fresh - my old one still had 9 months of validity.

Doesn’t make sense to add-on — since the World standard is 10 years

I also am feeling - after 24 years of coming to Thailand and feeling welcomed- that the current Thai Immigration policies are making me feel —

Less than welcome to travel as a free entity-

Seems really burdensome with all the pre- questions
