My situation is the following: I got my first 90-day non b visa in January, and when I went back to work, they wanted to terminate me. Therefore, I never obtained a work permit.
Now I am in Vientiane again. All my documents are ok. Only at the embassy, she says she needs a copy of my previous work permit (which I never obtained). So she said my Visa might get rejected, since nothing confirms that i stopped working at the school and not stayed there and continued to work illegally.
My current school says it should be ok, because i never got a 1-year non-b.
I don't have any experience or information about this anyway. I am just making sure I will get the Visa tomorrow and what to say, according to the law, if any problems should arise tomorrow.
