What type of visa do I need to make after I stay my 90-day non-b visa? I want to stay another 30 days on top of my 90, and then leave the country back home.

Yes, with some documents of your employer you can apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay.

Depends on your passport, it could be a Tourist visa which you get at a Thai Consulate or a 30 day Visa Exempt Entry when doing a border run.

My passport requires exiting the country and applying for a visa at an embassy, every time my visa expires.

This means I have to exit the country anyway to make another Tourist visa?
